San Vicente Reservoir Fish Report – 4/9/17

  • The water temperature is 70 degrees.

    Bass fishing has been very good with the fish up tight to the bank all over the lake. Some anglers are reporting up to 20 bass in the morning hours. Senkos, flukes, drop shot and topwaters were the top producers last week.

    Bluegill have been active in the backs of coves and have been taking nightcrawlers and mealworms fished under a bobber. Crappie and catfish went unreported last week.
