  • Bass fishing has been steady on bottom fishing techniques such as Texas rigs, jigs and drop shotted plastics all over the lake.

Bluegill are being found in the backs of coves in 20-30′ of water. Waxworms and redworms have been the most consistent producers, although the largest fish have been taking minijigs.

Catfish reports have been hard to come by, as most anglers are targeting largemouth bass as of late. There is a rumor floating around of a 90 pound blue catfish that fell for a fly-lined mackerel earlier this week though.
