The 53 anglers checked at Sutherland last week reported catching 78 bass and 9 crappie. Aaron Stewart of Ramona had the top bass catch of the week, an 8.75 pounder that he caught on a senko. The surface temperature is reported at 52 degrees. The water level is 69.50 feet, 75.50 feet below capacity. Sutherland is open on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday schedule. The launch ramp is not in operation currently, and will not be until the lake level reaches 70 feet.
