Bass fishing continues to be good at El Capitan, arguably Southern California’s premier bass fishery right now. Just last week we published an article about Jon and Wade Strelic’s 37.31 pound limit in an American Bass Association Tournament at El Capitan on April 5th. That limit was the second largest in San Diego tournament history, and the largest ever from El Capitan. On Saturday, April 19th they raised the bar with a 39.26 pound limit, the largest ever weighed in San Diego County. Their limit included a 12.35 pound monster!
